STA OpportunitiesJobsThe Solano Transportation Authority (STA) serves as the congestion management agency for Solano County and is responsible for coordinating countywide transportation plans, programs and projects under a Joint Powers Authority among the Cities and County of Solano. The agency also manages the rideshare programs for Napa and Solano Counties, and allocates various federal, state and regional transportation funds.
