Bike to Work Day 2008

Simply complete and submit the pledge form.

Any person eighteen years or older is eligible.

Please only one entry per person.

To be eligible forms must be received at Solano Napa Commuter Information by Friday, May 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.

All winners will be selected by random drawings.

Winners give permission for their names, cities of residence and photographs to be released.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes.

Some prize restrictions may apply.

Employees of SNCI and sponsoring agencies and their family members are not eligible to win prizes but are encouraged to participate in Bike-to-Work Day.

Your address is strictly confidential and will be used for ridematching purposes only. SNCI provides referral services. Participants are advised to screen referrals to their personal satisfaction.
